Charlie Griak is a versatile filmmaker and visual artist who is comfortable working in a wide range of mediums, styles and techniques. THE CENTER is his live-action directorial debut.
Charlie is also the creator of the award winning animated film FEVER, an eight-minute narrative inspired by the themes of Dostoyevsky’s Crime and Punishment. It earned a screening in The Palm Spring International Festival of Short Films, which is one of a handful of festivals that qualify short films for Oscar consideration by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Always striving to improve his work, Charlie has taken time out from his freelance career to study marble sculpture in Pietrasanta, Italy, as well as to attend the Illustration Academy in Florida.
Matt Cici is a filmmaker and actor with a passion to help the Minnesota film community grow. He has nearly a decade of background in trained theater and film acting, leading to state competitions, awards and scholarships, and learning a lot about the field.
Judd Einan is an actor and art director, known for Blindspot (2012), The Center (2014) and Minnesota Beatles Project: Fixing a Hole (2011).
Annie is an actor, producer, storyteller living in the Twin Cities. With a passion for truth, creative collaboration, curiosity and a belief in the power of film to entertain, connect, transform or awaken us, for even just a moment, Annie is dedicated to sharing her passion for filmmaking on only a discerning and short list of projects. She has served as creative producer on both Blindspot and The Center, and director on a short documentary on Jack Jablonski.
Co-produced THE CENTER, and has collaborated on creative projects with her partner Charlie Griak for nearly a decade.
